The West Cornwall Healthy Living Centre (the merger of the Penwith Healthy Living Network and the Kerrier Healthy Living Centre) is funded by the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund, the Duchy Health Charity Limited, the Big Lottery Fund, Penwith District Council and Kerrier District Council. This pilot project aims to provide a vehicle for health professionals, voluntary and community sector organisations and individuals to work together to improve health and well-being and reduce health inequality across West Cornwall. Penwith Community Development Trust is the lead organisation and ‘accountable body’ working in collaboration with three other key partners - Kerrier District Council, Penwith Volunteer Bureau and Cornwall Centre for Volunteers - to deliver the Healthy Living Centre services in Kerrier & Penwith.
