How does it work? Requests for transport are made by fax. Details that are required include: Name and address of passenger(s), pickup time, destination and any special requirements. The team of transport co-ordinators have access to a computerised database of drivers, and are able to contact the nearest available driver who then collects the passenger at the required time.
